Terms and Conditions

Poultry Maker is a farm management and shopping service for poultry farmers in Bangladesh, provided by Equipment Trade International (“ETI”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use this website or the Poultry Maker app, and when you place an order, book a doctor appointment or send us a sell listing.

By using the service you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You can browse market prices, articles and products without an account.
• To place an order, book an appointment, send a sell listing or post in the community, you need an account with your own name and mobile number, verified with a one-time code.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Give us correct information, especially your name, phone number and delivery address.

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• Each product page shows how much is in stock. Products that are out of stock are marked and cannot be ordered.
• Some products must be bought in a minimum quantity, or in fixed steps. The product page says so.
• Prices and stock can change. The price you pay is the price when you place the order, and the full amount, including the delivery fee, is shown before you confirm it.

Before you place an order you choose a delivery address, a delivery option and a payment method, and you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Return and Refund Policy.

You can follow your order in My orders (আমার অর্ডার) as it moves through these stages: placed, confirmed, packing, shipped and delivered.

• Cash on delivery. You pay when your order arrives, where this option is offered.
• Online payment. Online payments are processed by SSLCommerz. You choose bKash, Nagad, Rocket, a card or another method on SSLCommerz’s secure payment page. We never see or store your card number, PIN or password.
• An order paid online is processed only after SSLCommerz confirms that your payment has succeeded.

• Inside Dhaka: delivery within 2–3 days.
• Outside Dhaka: delivery within 3–5 days.

Delivery time is counted from when your order is confirmed. The delivery fee for your order is shown at checkout before you place it.

You can cancel an order from My orders (আমার অর্ডার) until it has been shipped. Once it has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled. If you have already paid online, your money is returned as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged, wrong or missing items, late deliveries and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

• You can book a poultry doctor for a date in the Poultry Maker app. The consultation fee is paid online when you book.
• Your appointment is confirmed only after SSLCommerz confirms your payment. Our staff then contact you by phone to arrange the visit.
• To cancel an appointment, call our office.

When you send us a sell listing, our team contacts you to discuss a price and pickup. Sending a listing does not mean that we have agreed to buy. Please describe your stock honestly and accurately.

• You are responsible for the posts, comments, photos and product reviews you publish.
• Do not publish anything false, abusive, illegal or misleading, or anyone else’s personal information.
• Anyone can report a post. We may hide or remove content that breaks these terms, and stop an account from posting.

Market prices, articles and the calculations in Data Bank are general information to help you run your farm. They do not replace advice from a veterinarian about your own flock.

We do not show third-party advertisements on the website or in the app. We do not sell your personal information, and we share it only as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. Orders already placed follow the terms in force when they were placed.

Poultry Maker is provided by Equipment Trade International. You can send us a message from the Support screen in the Poultry Maker app.
